The case related to three MLAs in the alleged corruption case in MLA fund in Rajasthan was much discussed recently. On the other hand, the Ethics Committee of the Assembly is investigating BJP’s Khinvsar MLA Revant Ram Danga for alleged corruption, while on the other hand, the BJP Disciplinary Committee has also sought answers from Danga. Meanwhile, on Thursday (01 January 2026), a big statement of BJP State President Madan Rathod has come out. He said that when terrorist Kasab can get time for justice, then why not BJP MLA Rewant Ram Danga?

BJP State President Madan Rathod said regarding the case of MLA Revant Ram Danga, “We will follow the justice process in the case of Danga also. Investigation of this matter is going on. How much truth was there in that news? How much was reality? How many prunings were done? Which words were hidden and which were shown, all these things will come to light after investigation. When a person like Kasab has been given time to get justice, then we too will follow justice completely.

However, it has become clear from the statement of BJP state president Madan Rathod that everything will not be decided by the newspaper sting but the party will take action on the basis of whatever comes to light in the investigation by the disciplinary committee within the party. In Rajasthan, MLAs Revant Ram Danga, Anita Jatav and Ritu Banawat were summoned by the Legislative Assembly’s Petition and Ethics Committee on charges of taking 40 percent commission in the MLA fund.
