During this time, representatives of all parties put their suggestions and demands before the Election Commission.
The BJP has placed 16 -point demand and suggestions before the Election Commission. After the meeting, BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal said that the BJP has demanded to hold elections in one or two phases. During this time, the BJP congratulated the Election Commission of India for preparing the voter list in a transparent and better way.
What were the BJP demands before the Election Commission?
The BJP has told the Election Commission that polling stations are located in religious places in many assembly constituencies of Bihar. Even after repeated requests to the Commission in this regard, these polling stations are not being changed. All these polling stations have been built from 30 years ago. Earlier there were no government buildings and schools and colleges in these areas. Now schools and colleges have become near voters in all places. Before the election, all these polling stations have been investigated and demanded to build polling stations in the new government building.
What is the demand for security?
The BJP has demanded the voters to distribute the voter slip properly as soon as the election starts so that voters can reach the polling station with it. The BJP also demanded a flag march of the Central Paramilitary Force in the assembly constituency a day before the election and demanded that the boarder of the district and assembly constituency be sealed on the day of the election. The BJP has talked about allowing the face of voters with any kind of faced face at the polling station for a clean and fair election with the approved identity card and only after ensuring identity.
