Aamir Khan owns a sea-facing duplex apartment in the Virgo Housing Society in the Pali Hill area of Bandra.
This apartment is spread over 5,000 square feet and has living as well as work space. Aamir has been living here for many years, but currently due to re-development of the building, he has taken another flat on rent in Bandra.
According to the report of ET Now, the price of this property is said to be around Rs 60 crore.
Aamir Khan has many flats in Bella Vista Apartments located in Pali Hill area. According to the report of Housing.com, in June 2024, he bought a new flat in the same building, which costs around Rs 9.75 crore. The carpet area of this flat is approximately 1,027 square feet. Aamir paid stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 on it.
Apart from Bella Vista, Aamir Khan also has flats in another building of Bandra, Marina Apartments, which is located near Bella Vista. According to the report of Times of India, Aamir Khan has 10 out of total 24 apartments in these two buildings. According to the report of Economic Times, currently the re-development work of both the buildings is going on.
According to the report of Housing.com, in the year 2013, Aamir Khan had bought a beautiful farmhouse in Maharashtra’s famous hill station Panchgani by paying about Rs 7 crore. This property is spread over about two acres, which includes a house and open land.
According to reports, Aamir Khan has invested not only in residential but also commercial property. According to the report of Housing.com, in the year 2019, Aamir Khan along with his ex-wife Kiran Rao had bought four office units in the Prime Plaza building located in Santa Cruz West, Mumbai for about Rs 35 crore.
