Delhi Traffic Police has given unique ID on all traffic signals in the city. This ID number is written directly on the signal pole. Due to which it is easy for any driver to identify a bad signal. In such a situation, if the traffic signal of your area stops working, then you just have to not do the ID written on the pole. After this, a complaint can be lodged by calling the number 1095 of the traffic control room directly, the traffic police contact the concerned agency and make the signal correct as soon as possible.
Traffic sentinel app will also help
The Delhi Traffic Police is considering adding a new feature to its traffic sentinel app. Through this, common people will not only be able to share information about traffic rules, but will also be able to put complaints directly in the system of poor traffic signals.
