What further action is taken against the company?

When a complaint is filed, officials take a sample of the product and conduct a lab test. If the sample fails or is proved to be irregular, then action is taken against both the company and the shopkeeper as per the rules. Sometimes the product may be banned or a heavy fine may be imposed on the company.
