US immigration Policy: US President Donald Trump has announced a plan to suspend migration from third-world countries. This announcement was made at a time when an Afghan citizen is accused of opening fire on two National Guard soldiers in Washington.
Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social that even though America has progressed technologically, the current immigration policy has weakened these advances. He said that migration from all third-world countries should be stopped so that the American system can fully recover.
