Drinking milk in the morning makes children feel less fatigue and makes them feel energetic, because the protein and carbohydrates present in it provide them with daylight energy. How much milk should be drunk once again?
A healthy adult person should drink milk on an average of 3 cups (about 750 ml) daily, but this quantity depends on every person’s age, physical need and health. Children from 12 months to 2 years should be fed 1 2/3 to 2 cups of milk daily, and children between 4 to 8 years should be given 2 1/2 cup milk. Healthy adults are advised to drink about 3 cups (750 ml) of milk per day. While drinking 500 ml liter of milk can be beneficial for some people.
Disadvantages of drinking more milk
Drinking more milk can cause acne and skin problems. Especially, an enzyme called lactose is required to digest lactose. Whose body is high in lactose. Drinking more milk to those people can cause flatulence, gas and diarrhea. Milk with high fat can increase weight. The level of bad cholesterol can increase and there may be a risk of heart diseases. According to many research, drinking more milk can increase the risk of prostate cancer. Apart from this, more milk can also cause problems like mucus and hormonal imbalance.
