
Cucumber has high amount of fiber. Too much fiber can be overwhelming for many people and can increase problems like gas, indigestion, flatulence or cramps. People who have weak digestive system, who already suffer from acidity or bloating should eat cucumber less or not at all, because this can worsen their problem.

Cucumber has a cooling effect. If someone already has cough, cold or throat pain, then consumption of cucumber is not considered good for them. Due to cold effect, phlegm may increase further and cold may last longer, hence in this situation it is better to avoid eating cucumber.

Some people have allergies after eating cucumber. There can be many symptoms. Such as itching in the lips or throat, swelling, stomach ache and feeling of vomiting. If you ever see these symptoms after eating cucumber, then stop consuming it as soon as possible.

Cucumber is a natural diuretic i.e. increases urination. If someone already has the problem of frequent urination, then cucumber can further increase their problem. Such people should consume it only in very limited quantity or should consume it after consulting a doctor.

Along with reducing body temperature, cucumber can also reduce blood pressure a little. If someone already has the problem of low blood pressure, then eating too much cucumber may make one feel dizzy, weak or tired. Therefore, people with low BP should always eat it in limited quantities.

Some people’s body catches cold quickly. Cold food causes harm to such people quickly. If your body catches cold quickly, hands and feet remain cold or your stomach often becomes cold, then cucumber is not right for you.
