According to sources, Nitish Kumar can file nomination papers for Rajya Sabha on Thursday (5 March). During this time, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President Nitin Naveen will also be present with him. However, no official announcement has been made by the party regarding this. Now the question is that if Nitish Kumar goes to Rajya Sabha then who will be the next CM of Bihar.

Nitish Kumar’s son can become Deputy CM

After Nitish going to Rajya Sabha, discussions regarding the next Chief Minister of Bihar have also intensified. There is a claim that after him the Chief Minister can be made from Bharatiya Janata Party. Whereas two Deputy CMs can be made from JDU. One of these names, that of Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar, is also being discussed. Who will be the second name is being discussed.

These names are at the forefront in the race for Chief Minister

According to sources, after the departure of Nitish Kumar, caste equation will be taken care of for the next Chief Minister of Bihar. The name of Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary is at the forefront in this race, who comes from Koeri (Kushwaha) caste. Apart from them, names of Vijay Sinha (Bhumihar), Mangal Pandey (Brahmin) who are also in-charge of Bengal are also going forward. The party can benefit from this in Bengal.

Among the other names being discussed for the post of Chief Minister in Bihar is OBC face Nityanand Rai, who belongs to the Yadav caste. Apart from these, the names of MLA Sanjeev Chaurasia (OBC) and Bihar government minister Pramod Chandravanshi are also being discussed.

According to sources, it is almost certain that Nitish Kumar will go to Rajya Sabha. Nitish Kumar will complete the election related formalities today on March 6 by filing his nomination on the last date of nomination for Rajya Sabha elections. Apart from him, other candidates from Bihar Ramnath Thakur, BJP President Nitin Naveen, Shivesh Kumar and Upendra Kushwaha will also file nomination for Rajya Sabha.
