If we talk about 2025, China has currently become the world’s largest wheat producing country. France is the largest wheat producing country in Europe. About 30 to 34 million tonnes of wheat is harvested annually in France. This crop is exported not only to European countries but also to some parts of Africa.

Canada is also included in the world’s largest wheat producing countries. Here mostly wheat is cultivated in the prairie provinces. Canada’s production in 2025 is approximately 33 to 35 million tonnes. Canadian wheat is considered of high quality and is exported to the international market.
