Surendra Singh, a 2005 batch IAS officer, has been made the secretary of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he has been the first Chief Minister of the Chief Minister. He gave joining in Uttar Pradesh again on 6 October 2025 after being the Secretary of Delhi’s Deputy Governor for three years.
IAS officer Surendra Kumar Singh has earlier also held positions like the Commander of Meerut Division. According to the information, Surendra Singh was born on 15 August 1978 in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. He has a BSc and MSc in the subject of geology.
DM’s responsibility has been handled in these districts
According to the information, IAS Surendra Singh has held the responsibility of DM in the districts of Surendra Singh Bhadohi, Balrampur, Firozabad, Muzaffarnagar, Pratapgarh, Unnao, Bareilly, Kanpur Nagar, Varanasi etc. He is identified by the officer who gives soon. This is the reason why he has been entrusted with important responsibility as soon as he returns from deputation.
