Prashant Kishor’s party Jan Suraj has released the first list of candidates for Bihar Assembly elections on Thursday (October 09, 2025). This list contains names of candidates for 51 seats. Prashant Kishor has done a new and unique experiment in the politics of Bihar when he has made a third gender candidate from Bhore Assembly (Reserved) of Gopalganj district.

Actually, Jan Suraj has made Preeti Kinnar the candidate from Bhore Assembly. Preeti has a special identity among the public due to her social work and local association. Preeti Kinnar is originally a resident of Khap village of Sonbarsa block of Sitamarhi district, but has been living in Kalyanpur of Bhore block for the last 22 years and has made a special identity here through her social work.

Local people say that he is vocal about the problems of the poor and the deprived. It is said that she has also been raising the voice of women and girls. Till now he has organized marriages of more than 25 economically backward girls.

In the 2020 assembly elections, JDU’s Sunil Kumar defeated CPI (ML)’s Jitendra Paswan by a very narrow margin of only 462 votes. LJP’s Pushpa Devi got only 4,520 votes and stood fourth. Bhore was also included in the seats won with less votes. Actually, Jan Suraj has announced to contest the elections alone on all 243 seats of the state.
