In an interview to Pinkvilla, Shilpa Shirodkar said that her life had changed by marrying Apresh Ranjit (a banker and double MBA). After marriage, she moved to New Zealand and never regretted this decision. The actress said, “I have no regrets to take a break. I miss the lack of being busy, but I married a very cute, good and simple person and this was necessary for me to start my life.” He also said, “Unfortunately, I left India and that’s why it was difficult for me to continue working.”
Why Shilpa Shirodkar settled abroad except Mumbai
Shilpa said that after meeting her husband, the decision to leave Mumbai was easy for her. He said, “I never wanted to leave Mumbai because I was very close to my parents, but then I met my husband and within a day and a half I said yes to him.” He further said, “He was going to go abroad for studies … I liked his honesty that I did not even think what I was doing.”
Shilpa Shirodkar is 10th failure
The actress also made a surprise reveal about her education. Shilpa told. “I am a tenth failure. My husband is a banker. He has a double MBA and he is very educated. I never felt myself small in front of him.” Shilpa further said, “I can talk to her and her people about everything.”
Did Shilpa get offers for films after marriage
On the question of getting the offers of films after marriage, Shilpa said, “The era was not when women used to get roles after marriage … I was not such a big star.
