Gambhir is returning to India as soon as the mother came to know about the heart-attach.

All the staff members along with Team India and head coaches also reached London for the tour of England. The team is currently practicing in England. At the same time, Intra-Squad matches will be played from Friday, June 13, which will be between India and India-A team. According to the information, the head coaches of the team can go to England before June 20.
What will happen if you do not return serious?
Gautam Gambhir is expected to return to England tour on 17 June. But if Gambhir is unable to return to the series under any circumstances, then in such a situation an interim coach is chosen. However, no such information has been revealed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) so far. If Gambhir is unable to go to England on 20 June, then VVS Laxman, director of the National Cricket Academy (NCA), can be made an interim coach.
