Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is known for her stunning acting and looks. Now she is less seen in films but she definitely meets her fans in public events. Recently she went to the Red Sea Film Festival. While the photos of his look went viral on social media, one thing caught everyone’s attention when he talked to the Hollywood actress. Aishwarya talked about how doing less films and giving priority to her family does not make her feel insecure.
Talking about motherhood and career, Aishwarya Rai said – I have benefited from taking care of Aaradhya and living with Abhishek that if I do not sign any film, I do not feel insecure. Insecurity has never been a driving force for me.
Why do you do less films?
Aishwarya further said- ‘I do not have insecurity. I think this is a very, very, very real aspect of my personality. Insecurities have never been the driving force, whereas a lot of voices around can try to enter your mind and sometimes influence your decisions. This is something I have never been. This is also a clarity.
Mani Ratnam had said this
Aishwarya recalled what Mani Ratnam had told her before signing her debut film Iruvar. She said – All the decisions of my career, even if unconsciously, but now looking back, I have taken the same from the beginning, because I mean if I came from a pageant, it was about ‘what will be my big launch when I come into films’ and I remember Mani Ratnam told me, ‘Iruvar is not really a launch film. This is a film. This is a story. This is not about launching Aishwarya. And I thought ‘Wow, this is the film I want to do.’ Because this is the film I want to be a part of.
