R Madhavan is popular from South to Bollywood and has become the favorite star of the audience due to his powerful acting. However, unlike most actors of his time, he has rarely played characters with a six pack. About 10 years ago, while talking to Radiant Wellness, Madhavan was asked why he didn’t have a six-pack like Shahrukh Khan of Om Shanti Om. The actor gave a surprising answer to this.
Why doesn’t R Madhavan have a six pack?
On the question of not having a six pack, R Madhavan had said on screen, “I have always been a family person, so I like family pack more. However, this is a cheeky answer. The truth is that getting a six-pack is really a beautiful thing, but only if you get it in the right way.”
He had further said, “To get a six-pack, your body fat percentage should be between 8 to 9 percent, and this makes your face look very old. Even for Irudhi Suttru, when I built this physique, it took me one and a half years. Most Indian trainers told me that I could do it in three months. With my protein shakes and supplements.”
‘Happy with the family pack’
Madhavan had said, “You can have such a physique. But getting a strong six-pack is really difficult, and I have a lot of respect for actors who achieve it. Still, I get my women the way I want them, so I’m happy with my family pack.”

Talking about R Madhavan’s work front, the actor’s latest release is ‘De De Pyar De 2’. In this film, Madhanav is seen in the role of a fitness-lover and doting husband. This film, which is the sequel to 2019’s ‘De De Pyar De’, was released in theaters on November 14. Ajay Devgan, Rakul Preet Singh, Javed Jaffrey and Gautami Kapoor have played important roles in the film.
