There was a lot of uproar on the first day of winter session

Amidst the sloganeering of the opposition members, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman introduced the ‘Central Excise (Amendment) Bill, 2025’ and ‘Health Protection to National Security Cess Bill, 2025’.
