This is the way of export of oil producing countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar and UAE. According to the US Energy Information Administration, about 83 percent of the oil passing through here reaches the Asian market.
Why worry about Iran’s threat?
Iran has threatened to shut down this hormuz strainer from Israel. However, this is not the first time that Iran has threatened such a threat. In such a situation, this oil vein is also being called in view of this importance of Strait. Experts believe that if any obstruction in the hormuz straw, global energy prices will increase, shipping cost will increase and supply will be delayed.
Another question arises whether Iran can stop it? Actually, according to the Iranian law, he controls the most narrow part of it, but the international conference states that Iran is not allowed to work at the cost of the rhyth of foreign ships.
