Speaking to BCCI TV, Gautam Gambhir said, “This is probably the most difficult task for me as a coach. I know there are very talented players sitting on the bench and everyone deserves to be a part of the playing eleven, but in the end you can choose only 11 players. You have to prepare the best combination according to the day and situation.”

Gautam Gambhir also said that his focus is always on creating a good atmosphere in the dressing room. Gambhir understands how important it is for him to maintain coordination with the players to maintain a good environment.
Gautam Gambhir said, “If you are honest, speak clearly. If whatever you are saying, you say it from the heart, then there is nothing better than that. I think our players also understand this. Coordination between the player and the coach is very important.”
