IND vs NZ Final Pitch Report: A new history is sure to be written on March 8. Either India will become the first country to win the T20 World Cup twice consecutively or the New Zealand team will win this title for the first time. Whoever wins, a new page is sure to be added to the history book. But a big update has come out regarding what color the Ahmedabad pitch is going to show.

A media report has revealed that the pitch of Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is being prepared with a mixture of red and black soil. To a large extent, this could be a pitch similar to the second semi-final played between India and England at the Wankhede Stadium. In that semi-final match, Team India scored 253 runs and in reply England scored 246 runs.

It is being told that the Ahmedabad pitch can be very helpful for batting in the final match. The bowlers can get good bounce, while scoring 200 will not be a difficult task for the team batting first.

India or New Zealand, who benefits more?

According to the same report, Team India management led by Gautam Gambhir was not happy with the pitches received during the league stage matches. The management presented its problem to the pitch curators and when the pitch was being prepared, the management also sent its staff to the curators. This clearly means that the final pitch can be made as per the demand of the Indian team.

The final pitch will be prepared from a mixture of red and black soil, in which the quantity of red soil will be more. This means advantage for the batsmen. It is not that any one team will get much advantage, but like the other semi-finals, this too can prove to be a high-scoring match.
