Mark zuckerberg on ai: If you are a software developer, then you must have heard that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can replace your work in future. Recently, Mark Zuckerberg has shared a possible deadline regarding this change. In a podcast conversation, Zuckerberg said that within the next 12 to 18 months, most of his company Mata’s ‘LLAMA Project’ will be written by AI. He told that AI is already performing like a skilled developer and now he has been able to complete the parts of the code on its own. He believes that AI will soon be ahead of the best programmer and will be able to write a high-quality code without human interference, test it and find Bugs too.

In the podcast, Zuckerberg said that work is going on on many AI based coding tools in Meta. However, the company is not aimed at selling them, but these tools are being prepared to make the internal work and research of meta easier. They will be used especially to carry forward the LLAMA research project. He described it as an important part of the technical strategy of Meta.

Mark Zuckerberg has also said earlier that the entire code of the apps will be written by AI in the coming time and it can fully replace mid-level software engineers. CEO Derio Amodei of Anthropic also supports this thinking. He has estimated that by the end of the year 2025, about 100% code can be generated by AI while this figure can reach 90% in the coming 3 to 6 months. This change has already started in the tech industry. According to Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai, 25% coding in his company is being done from AI.
