Foreign Minister Jaishankar on America tour
Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar left on Monday on a three-day visit to the US to attend the Washington-led ministerial meeting on rare minerals supply chain. This visit of Jaishankar is considered important. This is being seen as an opportunity to improve the situation after the deterioration in relations between the two strategic partners.
Apart from this, relations have also been affected due to many other issues including Trump’s claim of ending the military conflict between India and Pakistan in May and America’s new immigration policy.
