America arrested Nicolas Maduro under ‘Operation Absolute Resolve’. He was brought to America and presented in the New York court. Maduro has been accused of serious allegations related to drug trafficking and narco-terrorism.
US plan on reconstruction of Venezuela
Trump said that America is working to rebuild Venezuela’s economy. Especially there is a plan to restart the country’s oil sector. In this, help of American oil companies can be taken and the government will compensate them for the expenses. Venezuela has the world’s largest oil reserves, but due to wrong policies, sanctions and poor infrastructure, oil production has been greatly reduced.
We are not at war with Venezuela- Trump
Trump said that America is not at war with Venezuela. He made it clear that America is taking action against drug smugglers and international criminals, and not against the people of Venezuela. Trump said that Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, White House official Stephen Miller and Vice President JD Vance will look into matters related to Venezuela.
