BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla broke his silence
BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla has made it clear that Gautam Gambhir will not be removed from the post of head coach. Speaking to news agency ANI, he said, “I want to clarify everything that is being said in the media about head coach Gautam Gambhir. BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia has also clearly said that there is no plan to remove Gautam Gambhir or appoint a new head coach of Team India.”

On the expulsion of Gautam Gambhir, BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia had said that this is absolutely false news being spread. Saikia also targeted those media agencies which were exaggerating the rumor of Gambhir’s removal. BCCI Secretary made it clear that there is no truth in the news of Gautam Gambhir’s removal and it is just someone’s fabricated story.
At present, Team India would like to forget the poor performance in Test cricket and move ahead, because a huge challenge is facing them. Team India had won the title of 2024 T20 World Cup, now it faces a big challenge to retain its crown.
