Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made a big promise to the farmers of the state regarding the Bihar Assembly elections. Amit Shah has told the farmers of Bihar that if the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is formed in the state, then the assistance of Rs 6,000 under Samman Nidhi Yojana will be increased to Rs 9,000.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday (November 4, 2025) addressed an election public meeting regarding the assembly elections in Bettiah in West Champaran district of Bihar. At the beginning of his address, Amit Shah appealed to the people of Bettiah to vote in full on the election day. He said, ‘On the day of voting, first voting, then refreshments.’
He told the people of Bihar, ‘Form the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government again in Bihar, the Rs 6,000 that a farmer gets as Samman Nidhi will be increased to Rs 9,000.’ He said that if our government returns to Bihar, a defense corridor will be built in the state.
Shah targets Lalu Yadav and Sonia Gandhi
While commenting on Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi, Amit Shah also targeted Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. He said, ‘Lalu ji has to make his son the Chief Minister. Sonia ji has to make her son the Prime Minister. But Nitish ji is sitting as the Chief Minister in Patna. Modi ji is sitting as the Prime Minister in Delhi. Therefore there is no vacancy on these posts. He said that only Nitish Kumar and Modi ji can do good for Bihar.
Amit Shah’s taunt on Rahul Gandhi
Senior BJP leader Amit Shah said, ‘Rahul Baba had set out on the Save Infiltrators Yatra in Bihar. Rahul Baba, take as much travel as you want. We will drive out every infiltrator from NDA and BJP. He said that Lalu and Rabri have done fodder scam and Alcatraz scam. These people have committed a scam worth lakhs of crores. Rahul and Lalu’s government runs a scam.
Shah said, ‘Lalu Prasad Yadav’s party (RJD) says that we will take back Jeevika Didi’s money. I say that no one has the power to take back Jeevika Didi’s money.
