This history-making drama of Gujarati cinema will now be released in Hindi.

Before the release of the Hindi version, the film’s director Ankit Sakhiya said something about ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘Lalo’ due to which it is in the news. He says that ‘Dhurandhar’ may have proved to be a milestone for the film industry, but people will love his film ‘Lalo’ equally.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, director Ankit Sakhiya said, ‘Dhurandhar has achieved a milestone. This is an achievement for Indian cinema. This has inspired us that if ‘Lalo’ is also released in Hindi, more and more people will come to the theatre. This is a very good point. I hope that people will also love Lalo a lot.

Refused from part 2 of ‘Lalo’?
Further, when asked about Part 2 of ‘Lalo’, he clearly refused and said that he has not made any plans yet. According to the report, the director said, I hope we will get a story, but there are no plans to make Part 2 right now. We still have to show Part 1 to more audiences. It has to be taken to more languages. We also want to make different stories, but if something comes for Lao 2, we will think about it.

Lalo Krishna Sada Sahayate was made for just Rs 50 lakh and the film broke all records at the box office. There was no big star in the film. Reav Rach, Shruhad Goswami and Karan Joshi are in important roles in the film. According to Hindustan Times report, the film earned more than Rs 100 crore.

The box office collection of the film is Rs 120 crore. Accordingly, the film earned a profit of 24000 percent. The film is the first highest profit earning film of 2025. With this, it is the first Gujarati film to enter the Rs 100 crore club.
