Congress National President Mallikarju Kharge has given a big statement regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (November 7, 2025). Kharge accused PM Modi of trying to implement Manusmriti in the country. With this he said that this will not be allowed to happen at all, even if lives are lost.
Mallikarjun Kharge was campaigning in Rohtas district for the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections. Addressing a public meeting in Chenari assembly constituency of Rohtas district of Bihar, Kharge said that Tejashwi Yadav was made the chief ministerial candidate by the Grand Alliance so that migration ends and unemployment reduces.
Congress President commented on Prime Minister Modi
Commenting on Prime Minister Modi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, ‘Modi ji said that Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) took the post of Chief Minister by placing a katta on his forehead. Whereas the truth is that these people are thieves and steal votes.
He further said, ‘Narendra Modi had said that I will send Rs 15-15 lakh to the account, will provide two crore jobs every year, will guarantee Minimum Support Price (MSP) for crops to the farmers, will build permanent houses for the poor and will give free gas cylinders to women. Made these promises, but actually did nothing on the ground. He alleged that Narendra Modi tells only lies.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar could not stop migration even during 20 years of rule – Kharge
Mallikarjun Kharge said, ‘He (Narendra Modi) wants to run the society under Manu Smriti by keeping it in front. They want to bring back Manu Smriti which was burnt by Ambedkar. This will not work, even if we lose our lives. Every poor will live with self-respect.
He said that Nitish Kumar could not stop migration even after being the Chief Minister for 20 years. Kharge said, ‘If you have some shame then first stop migration and provide employment. We intend to make Tejashwi the Chief Minister so that migration can be stopped, unemployment can be reduced and prosperity can be brought in the villages.’ He claimed that women have no place in BJP and RSS.
