The situation of tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan continues. This increased further when Pakistan carried out air strikes on Afghanistan. 17 people of the same family were killed in the attack. Since then, the situation seems to be worsening, on Tuesday (24 February 2026) evening, clashes started in many areas including Urgha border. Meanwhile, an aggressive and provocative statement by Pakistani security expert Dr. Qamar Cheema regarding the attack on Afghanistan has come to light.
What does Pak security expert say?
Cheema said in his statement, ‘Pakistan has to bomb. To be honest, if Pakistan has to blow up entire Kabul and Kandahar, then Pakistan will not hesitate. If Pakistan has to destroy the entire Taliban leadership, then Pakistan will not hesitate.”
‘Pakistan’s tolerance limit is over’
Explaining the reason behind this, a Pakistani security expert said, ‘Pakistan’s limit of tolerance has reached. Afghanistan can afford it, whatever is happening there, it can do whatever it wants, it is a country, but we cannot do anything. We are a nuclear power country, 25 crore people live in our country, do you think that we will leave them at your mercy like this. How can we let this happen?

Cheema described Taliban as a big challenge for Pakistan and talked about strict action against them. Claimed that after Taliban rule, attacks on Pakistan by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) have increased rapidly. In such a situation, Pakistan will be forced to take tough steps and be prepared for a long struggle.
Pakistan air strike on Afghanistan

Pakistani fighter jets targeted several targets in Khogyani and Ghani Khel districts of Nangarhar province and Bermal and Argun districts of Patika province.
