According to him, give priority to periods first. Regular and tolerable periods are normal, but the need to change pads every hour, large clots, or bleeding for more than seven days may be signs that testing is necessary. Take care of hygiene, but avoid excessive chemical products because the vagina has the ability to keep itself clean.

It is important to pay attention to lifestyle also

Nutrition and weight are also linked to hormone balance. A diet rich in iron, calcium and vitamins is essential. Too little or too much weight can increase problems like PCOS and infertility. Regular exercise and adequate sleep help balance hormones. Women who are sexually active should consider regular cervical cancer screening and the HPV vaccine as recommended by their doctor. Mental health is equally important, as stress and lack of sleep can directly affect periods. If you change your lifestyle and pay close attention to health matters, you can avoid a major disease.
