In this video, Qari Ishaq Gora has given advice to women regarding misuse of mobile phones. He said that mobile is a necessity and a means of convenience, but when it is used in the wrong direction, it leads a person to commit mistakes and sins.
Blessings and peace are being taken away from mobile homes – Maulana Qari
Qari Ishaq Gora told that nowadays mobile phones have taken away blessings and peace from every house. He said, ‘Today many women spend time on their mobiles – sometimes talking to their mother, sometimes to their sister or aunt, or to their friends for hours. Most of these things contain backbiting, i.e. speaking ill of others. This crime is not only of the tongue but also ruins the atmosphere and relationships at home.
Video went viral on social media
This video is becoming increasingly viral on social media platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube. In this, Qari Ishaq Gora says that whatever things came into the world for the convenience of humans, they were always used in two ways – one was right and the other was wrong. Mobile is the biggest example of this.
Mobile can also spread goodness – Maulana Kari
Qari Saheb raised the question, ‘Is mobile given only for evil? Why don’t we use this mobile to learn religious things, spread goodness and increase knowledge? He said that mobile is not bad in itself, but its use makes a person good or bad.
Appeal to use mobile for good
He also said that if we use mobile in noble works like listening to Quran, learning good things or encouraging others, then this mobile can become beneficial for both our religion and the world.
‘Every word of the tongue is written’, instructions to avoid backbiting
At the end of the video, Qari Ishaq Gora said, ‘Every word that comes out of our tongue is written in the name and deeds of the angels, so think about what we are getting written – goodness or evil?’ He appealed to the people not to use mobile as a medium to spread complaints, evil and negative things, but to use it to spread sweetness, knowledge and goodness in relationships.
