Many research reports have been published regarding this, in which it has been emphasized that when anger and irritability start increasing in a person, then understand that he is facing some mental problem. Sudden anger, irritability and mood swings are common signs.

thoughts of suicide or self-harm

The seventh reason is that when a person becomes a victim of depression, questions start coming in his mind that this life is useless, I cannot do anything in life, how far people have gone ahead of me. Mayo Clinic reports that when a person repeatedly starts thinking that “there is no point in living” or “I should harm myself,” then such a person needs immediate medical help, without any ifs and buts, because this can be a very dangerous level.
