If you work sitting at a desk for a long time, then adopt correct sitting posture and do not sit in the same position for a long time. Apart from this, do light exercise and stretching daily. People who do continuous desk work should stand or walk every 15 to 20 minutes. Apart from this, you can also use an ergonomic workstation to keep your spine and back healthy. Besides, it is also important to take care of weight and food intake so that there is not too much pressure on the spine.
