How Negative Thoughts Affect Health: Indian ancient medical system is the principle of Ayurveda- “Healthy Health Rakshanam, Antuishya Vicar Prasann Ch.” Meaning Ayurveda is to protect healthy person’s health and treat the disease of a sick person. Any person will be healthy only when he follows the rules with full devotion.

What came out in research?

Ayurveda believes that there are three main reasons for any person getting sick. The article was also published in the International Journal of Health Sciences and Research (IJHSR). This research letter mentions external and personal reasons, which arises from the disturbance of normal balance between the mind and the body.

Research advises to balance the outside world to understand the privacy of the body. This means that the internal environment of the body remains in constant exposure with the outside world. The disorder occurs when both do not have a balance, so to change the internal environment, to bring it into balance with the outside world, it is important to understand the process of disease within the state of mind and body.

The cause of the disease is always an imbalance of the body liquids

According to Ayurveda, the root cause of any disease is always the imbalance of Tridosha or body liquids. There are usually two types of diseases. One lifestyle related (LD) and the other Non Communicable Digs (NCD). Three reasons for these – incompatible coincidence, praise and result. Now when the weather is changing from moment to moment, it is necessary to know about them.

Unstable coincidence means misuse of senses, means mismanagement and confusion between sensory organ. When the heat is at its peak and thirsty, we should consume such things instead of cold cola or soft drinks that do not not only make the throat, but also for the stomach. According to Ayurveda, there are eight different principles of food that are based on nature (nature of food), karan (the process of making food), coincidence (combination of different food), zodiac (volume), country (location), time (time), usage institution (user) and user (user self).

Neglecting these principles (except quantity) while eating is an inappropriate use of juice senses (tongue). Bathing with more warm or cold water, excessive massage (abyam) or rubbing the body (excitement) is more use of touch senses (skin). Bathing and avoiding these processes is the low use of touch senses (skin). Use of these procedures in the wrong order or manner only gives rise to disorder and we get caught in the clutches of the disease.

What is Pragyaprad?

Pragyaprad (misuse of intellect) means doing wrong things with wrong thoughts, it creates “defects” and an imbalance in the body. Acharya Charak has mentioned the result, according to Ayurveda, it means seasonal change. Kaal (time)- is associated with imbalance or proportionlessness between cold (cold), warm (heat) and rain (rain).

It is clear from this that in the kind of environment that is today, there is a need to maintain a proper and prudent balance to combat diseases, only then ‘Healthy Health Rakshanam’ will be able to be suitable.
