Xiaomi says that the cost of print may be reduced by 1.98 yuan (about Rs 22.85) per sheet. It is not yet clear whether it works with other brand zink paper or not.

Users can attach a 15 -second video or 60 -second audio clip in the photo through Mi Home App. On scanning from the app, the printed photo runs the linked media.
