During the Asia Cup, Haris Rauf was in the news for his 6-0 and the gesture of shooting down a fighter jet. Haris’ 6-0 gesture was pointing towards Pakistan Army’s claim in which it had shot down 6 Indian fighter jets during Operation Sindoor and not a single jet of its own was destroyed.
Mohsin Naqvi ran away with the trophy
India defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final of Asia Cup 2025. But after that Team India refused to take the trophy from the hands of PCB and ACC Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Due to this, the presentation ceremony started late by one and a half hour. In the end Naqvi did not give up his stubbornness and ran away from the field with the trophy.
