How to find out whether your form has been submitted or not
To check the Special Intensive Revision Form status, you will have to visit the Election Commission website voters.eci.gov.in. First of all you have to open the portal and go to the Fill Enumeration Form section related to SIR. Then to login you have to enter mobile number or EPIC number. After receiving OTP, you reach the system.

Here you have to select your state and enter the EPIC number. If BLO has uploaded the form. So a message appears on the screen that your form has been submitted. If not uploaded. So the website shows a blank form. Which means that your form is still pending and may have to be submitted again.
What to do if your form upload is not visible?
Many times BLOs upload forms in different batches. Therefore, if the status is not visible immediately then it is wise to take some time. If no update is visible in the system for several consecutive days. So you can directly contact the concerned BLO. If you submitted the form online yourself and still the status appears blank. So it is better to submit again. If somehow wrong information or wrong status is visible. So in such a situation inform the BLO immediately.
