US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a highstex meeting in Alaska. The purpose of this meeting was to find ways to end the Russia Ukraine War. A special incident happened before the meeting-America’s First Lady Melania Trump wrote a letter for Putin, which was handed over to him by President Trump.
Melania Trump’s ‘peace letter’
This letter was first given by Fox News Digital. When Trump handed this letter to Putin, he immediately read it and all the delegations present in the meeting saw this moment. In the letter Melania wrote- “Every child has the same dream in his heart- he is born in a village or in a big city. They dream of protection from love, possibilities and dangers.”
He further said that like the parents, it is also the responsibility of the leaders to keep the expectations of the next generation alive. He wrote- “We have to create a world full of dignity, where every soul can live with peace and the future is safe. Every new generation starts innocence, which is above a geography, government or ideology.”
