For this, the Haryana government has provided many mediums like phone number, email ID, CM window and online portal. Due to which people can easily complain directly to the CM if they do not listen to the problem from the officials.
People of Haryana can complain to CM
On hearing the problems from the officials, you can directly contact Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on 0172-2749396 or 0172-2749409. Apart from this, citizens of Haryana can also send their complaints and suggestions to CM through email. For this, the Haryana government has released the official email ID CMHaryana@nic.in. At the same time, people of Haryana can also complain to the Chief Minister and complain.
CM window portal can also complain
The state government has also started the CM window portal to solve the problems of the public in Haryana. Complaints lodged on this can be delivered immediately to the nodal officers of the concerned departments and these problems are also resolved in time. People can also visit DC Office SDM Office or Haryana Secretariat to register a complaint. Apart from this, citizens can also register a complaint related to police on the online portal.
Complaints will be reviewed in Haryana
The government organizes a review meeting every week to ensure the solution of the complaints coming on the CM window of the people of Haryana. The officers have been given strict instructions about this to come to the meeting with prior preparation and bring the field officials along with the preparation. It has also been decided to honor the officers and employees doing better work. At the same time, the Haryana government claims that the data of every complaint and call on the portal is completely safe, in any case it is not deleted and the system has been prepared in such a way that it will continue to work without stopping for four days even in case there is no electricity.
