Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi had jumped into the pond for fishing in Begusarai, Bihar on Sunday (November 02, 2025), on which BJP MP Ravi Kishan has taken a dig. Ravi Kishan said that he will get less votes than the number of fishes he has caught.
Ravi Kishan said on Monday (November 03, 2025), ‘He will get less votes than the number of fish he had caught when he came yesterday. Well, at least his swimming style was good. We are there catching votes and he is busy fishing.

Rahul Gandhi had caught fish in Begusarai
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi joined local fishermen in fishing on Sunday. He jumped into the pond. They participated in the traditional practice of fishing using hands and nets. During this time VIP Chief Mukesh Sahni and Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar were present with him.
Addressing a rally in Begusarai, Rahul Gandhi said that he stands with the fishermen of the state at every step to ensure their rights and dignity.
