Openai’s application Head Fidji Simo said in a blog post that this platform will help in finding the right mail between companies and candidates using Artificial Intelligence. That is, the needs of companies and the capabilities of employees will be excelled.

Simo said that they are already working closely with big companies like John Deere, Walmart, Accenture and Boston Consulting Group. Along with this, community organizations and state governments are also being linked to this so that people can be provided employment with the help of AI. Small business and local governments will also be able to recruit AI talent from this platform.

Like LinkedIn, this platform will make local businesses stronger than big companies. They will get AI talent and access to better resources, which will increase their business rapidly.

Openai Certifications and Academy

Openai Certifications will also be given to users on this platform. For this, Openai Academy will be used, which is already present as a free learning platform with more than 20 lakh users. These certifications will include training ranging from basic AI skills to advanced job customization and prompt engineering.

Target to certify 1 crore people by 2030

Openai has promised that it will give certification to at least 1 crore Americans by 2030. For this, the help of partners like Walmart will also be taken.
