6. Honey and Lemon: For rapid weight loss, mix half a lemon and 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it 2 to 3 times a day. Vitamin C of lemon accelerates fat oxidation and honey helps in reducing body fat.

7. Black Pepper: Black pepper contains an element called piperine, which helps in reducing fat. For weight loss, add a pinch of black pepper to your food daily.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar: To lose weight, mix 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water and drink it in the morning. The acetic acid present in it reduces inflammation and increases fat burning.
