The final result of the Civil Services Examination 2025, considered one of the most difficult and prestigious examinations in the country, has been declared. In this result released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), 958 candidates from across the country have been selected for different services. These services include Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and many other services of the Central Government.
This time the youth of Jammu and Kashmir have also performed well in the results. According to the official list of the Commission, 13 candidates from Kashmir region and 3 from Jammu region have passed the examination. In this way, a total of 16 candidates have been successful in this prestigious examination from Jammu and Kashmir. There is an atmosphere of happiness and pride in the entire area due to the success of these youth.
Suvan Sharma became the topper of Jammu and Kashmir
Suvan Sharma has been at the forefront among the candidates of Jammu and Kashmir. He has secured 148th rank in the All India Merit List. Achieving this rank is considered a big achievement for any candidate. There is a wave of happiness among his family and acquaintances due to his success.

Pulwama’s Tausif Ahmed Ganai becomes IAS
Tausif Ahmed Ganai, resident of Puchal area of Pulwama district, has also performed brilliantly. He has secured 254th rank and has been successful for Indian Administrative Service. This success of Tausif is being considered special for Pulwama district, because he has joined the youth from here to become IAS.
Many more youth achieved success
Muneeb Afzal Parrah, resident of Bijbehara area of Anantnag district, has also achieved success in this examination. He has secured 581st rank. Kashmir’s Pandit daughter Ritika Renu Bhan has also passed this difficult exam. Ritika is originally from Shopian district of South Kashmir, but currently her family lives in Jammu. He has secured 456th rank in UPSC exam. His success is also being appreciated a lot in the area.
Dr. Koh-e-Safa also brought glory to the family
Another name in discussion in this examination is that of Dr. Koh-e-Safa. He has passed the Civil Services Examination by securing 763rd rank. She is the daughter of Principal and Sessions Judge Mahmood Chaudhary. There is an atmosphere of pride among his family and acquaintances due to his success. Other successful candidates from Jammu and Kashmir include names like Soyash Shivam, Ghulam Deen, Dwarka Gandhi, Akash, Yasar, Abhishek, Pankaj, Mohammad Ajaz, Azhar, Sarfaraz and Irfan.
