This YouTuber got married at the end of 2025. A video of their wedding has recently gone viral on social media, in which it can be seen that Arun is taking such a huge amount of dowry, that too in the form of ‘donation’.

Since this video went viral on social media, netizens have not stopped taking a dig at YouTuber. According to the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, the practice of dowry is illegal in India. The question is arising that how can a YouTuber take such a huge amount of dowry in a marriage and how can he showcase it on social media?

It is claimed that Arun Panwar earns around Rs 20 to 25 lakh per month from his YouTube channel. This YouTuber has more than 2.4 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. Dowry is unreliable even in the 21st century – users

Most netizens say that even in the 21st century, how someone takes dowry is unbelievable. However, no statement has been given yet by YouTuber regarding this video. However, ever since the YouTuber’s exploits went viral on social media, netizens haven’t stopped trolling him.

Dowry system is still prevalent in India to a great extent, it comes to the fore through some serious incidents from time to time. It is seen in many cases that the wife dies after a few years of marriage. In most of the cases in such incidents, it is alleged by the family of the deceased that the girl’s in-laws used to demand dowry day after day. In some cases, the in-laws are accused of killing the girl. At some places, many women, unable to bear the atrocities, decide to commit suicide.
