Tmc on all party delegation: Politics is at its peak regarding the all -party delegation created to expose Pakistan on the issue of operation vermilion and terrorism. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has overturned in the case. Now party MP Abhishek Banerjee will be part of this delegation. The government included Yusuf Pathan in it.

The party said, “At a time when the world should unite to face the increasing threat of terrorism, Abhishek Banerjee’s involvement brings both confidence and clarity. His presence will not only reflect the attitude of Bengal against terrorism, but will also strengthen India’s collective voice on the global platform.” He will replace party MP and former cricketer Yusuf Pathan, who was made part of the delegation led by Sanjay Kumar Jha of JDU. Pathan opposed the delegation to be out of the delegation, although he did not make any public remarks.

TMC objected

TMC objected to the Center to choose a party representative for the program without consulting the party leadership. Angered by this move of the government, Mamata Banerjee had threatened to withdraw from the delegation on Monday (May 19, 2025) on Monday (May 19, 2025). However, she also said that if the government contacts them, she will consider it.

Central government talks to Mamata Banerjee

Sources say that Union Minister Kiren Rijiju talked to TMC Chief Mamata Banerjee to calm them down and sought her suggestion for the representative of Trinamool. During the conversation, the Chief Minister recommended his nephew’s name and asked Rijiju that he should have consulted him before deciding the representative.
