According to the rules, if rain becomes an obstacle on the day of the match, then on the reserve day (31 October) the match will start from the same place from where it ended. In any ODI match, it is necessary to play at least 20 overs. If there is so much rain in Navi Mumbai on 30th and 31st October that the match cannot be completed and there is no result, then as per the rules, the team which is on top in the points table will go to the final.
