There was a huge uproar inside the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Thursday morning (30 October). Actually, BJP was continuously demanding discussion on flood relief in the House, but the Speaker refused. This time, angry BJP MLAs reached the well and the ruckus increased. There was a scuffle in the House and security personnel had to come to the spot to control the situation.
Some time ago a big tragedy had struck Jammu and Kashmir. The Union Territory had suffered a lot due to the flood. Regarding this, the BJP MLA had expressed his desire that there should be a discussion on flood relief in the Assembly, but the Speaker refused to have such a discussion. After this, BJP MLAs left their chairs and came down to register their protest.

When the MLAs started coming to the well, a scuffle broke out between the BJP and National Conference (NC) MLAs and then Marshal had to come to the rescue. He had to throw the MLAs out of the House. Its video has also surfaced.
BJP MLAs started raising slogans against the Speaker’s decision.
