No more comfort zone, now change zone
According to experts, comfort has now become a restriction for many people. Old skills are still important, but the world is changing, tools, technology and leadership thinking are all becoming new. Experts say that this change should not be adopted without planning, but thoughtfully. Four steps are very important for this. Don’t jump into new territory immediately. Try a new path through freelance projects, consulting or side work.
