Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan called the Nawabs of Rampur idiots, after which the entire Nawab family attacked him. Rampur Nawab’s son and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Nawab Haider Ali Khan alias Hamza Mian hit back at him and called him a hypocrite, a thief and a molester of girls.
Nawab Hamza Mian said that Azam Khan did not go to jail for fighting for the freedom of the country, but earlier he had gone to jail for molesting a girl in Aligarh Muslim University during the Emergency and while being a minister in Rampur, Azam Khan, his wife and son went to jail for demolishing people’s houses, looting and occupying their lands and making two fake birth certificates, PAN cards and passports for their son.
Hamza Mian lashed out at Azam Khan
The BJP leader alleged that Azam Khan had jumped the wall of the girls hostel and molested the girl, hence a case was filed against him in Aligarh. He went to jail for the crimes he committed. If I do wrong, I will also go to jail. He described Azam as a hypocrite and corrupt and a looter of the public.
Hamza Mian said that the Nawabs set up many industries including Raza Textile Mill, Raza Sugar Factory for the people of Rampur so that the people of Rampur could get employment and built many schools, colleges and degree colleges in Rampur. We wanted to give pens in the hands of the people, but Azam Khan organized a strike in the factories and instead of pens, they gave rickshaws in the hands of the people.
Make serious allegations against SP leader
Azam Khan invested Rs 800 crore of the government, which was public tax money and had come for the development of municipalities of Swar and Tanda, in his private university and pretended to be a fake donation. When the university was being built, Azam Khan, while being a minister, got the police to arrest people in false cases and grabbed their lands.
Nawab Hamza Mian challenged Azam Khan and his family members and said that if he contests elections from any independent seat before me, he will be found out. In the Lok Sabha elections, Akhilesh Yadav gave ticket to Muhibullah Nadvi and he won while Azam Khan was opposing him and supporting BSP. Now Akhilesh Yadav has also understood that Azam Khan has no vote bank.
Even today we have a vote bank on every seat of Rampur. In 2027, I will contest elections from whichever seat Maharaj Yogi Adityanath orders me from. In 2027, Yogi government will come to power for the third time in UP with an overwhelming majority. There is no trace of Azam Khan’s bones left now. I will do the work of showing Azam Khan his worth.
