PM Matru Vandana Yojana: The Government of India is running various schemes for the women of the country, the objective of which is to empower women economically and improve their status in the society. How to get benefits under Matru Vandana Yojana?

How to apply for the scheme?

To apply for Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, women first have to go to the official website of the scheme pmmvy.wcd.gov.in and fill the online form. To apply, the woman must be at least 19 years of age. Along with this, ration card, bank passbook, identity card and medical report related to pregnancy are required.

The application must be made within 270 days of the birth of the child. Every eligible woman in the country can get the benefit of this scheme.
