Jammu & kashmir news: In the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, the Waqf is not taking the name of the political pride over the law. 3 MLAs from Kashmir Valley have moved a no -confidence motion against Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather. These MLAs allege that the speaker has obstructed his opinion on the Waqf Bill.

No confidence motion against speaker
MLA from Handwara Sajjad Gani Lone, Mir Mohammad Fayaz from Kupwara and Rafiq Ahmed, MLA from Tral, have submitted a no -confidence motion to the Assembly Secretary. The proposal states, “We have moved a no -confidence motion against the Hon’ble Chairman. They have become an obstacle in expressing our opinion against the Waqf Bill.”

The proposal also states that Jammu and Kashmir is the only Muslim-dominated state in India, and if the legislators do not give a strong message against this law, history will humiliate them.

Sajjad Loan targeted National Conference
There was also a strong uproar in the assembly on this issue. People’s Conference President and MLA Sajjad Ghani Lone, while attacking the National Conference, said that while his MLAs are demanding a debate on Waqf Act, on the other hand, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is doing Chahal-Kadami in the Tulip Garden with a minister of the central government.

Speaking to ABP News, Sajjad Lone said that the National Conference cannot play the role of the ruling party and the opposition simultaneously. He said that if the party wants a debate on this law and does not accept the speaker, then he should bring a motion of no confidence against the speaker himself and choose a president who gives everyone a chance to speak.

After this development, the politics of Jammu and Kashmir has once again come to a boil, and in the coming days, it can become politics faster.
